Good Vibez offers multi-day, in-person wellness retreats thoughtfully designed by a licensed psychologist and a team of certified experts for teen girls ages 12–15. Each retreat blends movement, mindfulness, creativity, and practical life skills in a warm, supportive environment where teens can feel grounded, build confidence, and form meaningful connections.

Through interactive workshops and group activities led by experts, participants learn how to:

CORE PROGRAM COMPONENTS:

🧘‍♀️ Yoga & Movement
Gentle and energizing yoga sessions that promote body awareness, stress relief, and self-confidence. Led by a certified yoga instructor.

🧘 Meditation & Mindfulness
Breathing, guided meditation, and calming practices to help teens regulate emotions and manage anxiety. Led by Amanda, a licensed psychologist who specializes in working with adolescents.

🥗 Healthy Cooking & Nutrition
Led by professional chefs and nutrition experts, this hands-on experience teaches teens how to prepare healthy, delicious meals using simple techniques they can recreate at home. Teens will learn how to nourish their bodies and build positive relationships with food.

🎨 Creative Expression
Art, vision boards, writing, music, and creativity as tools for self-discovery and emotional release.

📓 Journaling & Reflection
Guided journaling to help teens process emotions, build self-awareness, and set personal goals.
