Who is this experience for?

Our retreats are designed for girls ages 11–15 from all backgrounds who are looking to have fun, meet new friends, and enjoy an uplifting, feel-good experience. Whether your daughter is outgoing, a little shy, loves wellness activities, or just wants to try something new, she’ll feel welcomed, included, and encouraged to be herself. From yoga and cooking to journaling, creative workshops, games, and more, girls will explore exciting activities that help build confidence, connection, and healthy habits — all in a fun, positive environment.
Are phones allowed?

Our retreats are designed to be a fun, screen-free experience that encourages girls to unplug, connect, and fully enjoy the moment. If you choose to bring your phone, we ask that it be kept on silent and stored away in your bag during retreat activities.
What should I wear?

Please wear comfy clothes that you can move, stretch, and relax in during yoga and retreat activities.
What should I bring?

Please bring a reusable water bottle and a yoga mat. Don’t worry if you don’t have a yoga mat — we’ll have extras available so everyone can join in comfortably!
What type of food can I expect to eat?

Chef Robyn and Chef Laura are teaming up to create a delicious menu just for you! Each recipe is designed to be fun, nutritious, and easy to recreate at home. Menu favorites may include colorful rice bowls, build-your-own tacos, homemade muffins, smoothie bowls, mini pizzas, and more. Get ready to cook, taste, laugh, and learn some simple kitchen skills along the way!
What if I’ve never done yoga before?

No yoga experience needed! Our incredible yoga instructor will guide girls through each pose in a fun, supportive, and beginner-friendly way, with plenty of modifications along the way if needed. Whether it’s your first class or you already love yoga, we can’t wait for you to roll out your mat and give it a try!
Is this an overnight retreat?

No — this is a daytime retreat experience! Retreat hours are from 9:30am–2:45pm each day, so girls will head home in the afternoons.
